Limon Phungo
Mr Phungo has been in legal practise for over thirteen years. He obtained a B. Proc and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria. He served his articles with Deneys Reitz Attorneys in Sandton. Mr Phungo then joined Sihlali Molefe Attorneys in Rosebank where he practiced in the above fields of law and subsequently became a Director. He subsequently co-founded the firm Ranamane Phungo Inc which was then restructured to form Phungo Inc. Mr Limon Phungo is a Board Member of the Free State Development Corporation (FDC) and also a member of the Water Institute of Southern Africa (WISA). As a Board Member of the FDC, Mr Phungo advised on broad level on the establishment of SEZ in Harrismith in the Free State. Mr Phungo was a member of the team instructed to conduct the Telkom Initial Public Share Offering Due Diligence Investigations.
Amaechi Olua
Amaechi Olua has accounting, forensic and legal backgrounds. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ relevant professional experience in audit, forensic and consulting. He had the benefit of professional practise, and progressed at various levels to top management level, within three of the reputable “Big 4” international accounting firms as well as at Gobodo Forensics, Johannesburg where he had relevant exposures to the dictates of assuming senior and top management responsibilities, employees/employers mentoring and leadership roles, and overall responsiveness to client’s needs.
For over ten (10) years, Amaechi specialised in forensic investigative services and has been involved in leading, conducting, co-ordinating and reporting ton a variety of high profile forensic services within the public and private sectors, including at the Rand Commission of inquiry, state departments, municipalities, international funding agencies, regulatory bodies, multinational companies, banks, insurance and other financial institutions.
Nontokozo Ndlovu
Ms Nontokozo Ndlovu holds an LLB degree from the Walter Sizulu University and she is a candidate attorney in the firm.
